Installation

Our specialist installation team offers a full installation service from planning, sub-base construction through to final commissioning. Most artificial grass surfaces consist of a permeable sub base, on which is laid tufted polypropylene fibred carpet. The carpet is dressed with silica sand, which fills the gaps between the fibres. The weight of the sand keeps the carpet flat. Play lines are cut in using similar carpet materials in the appropriate colour. The resulting surface is fully permeable, hard wearing and requires minimal maintenance.
